BoardFill and ServiceTitan
Plenty of AI vendors plug into ServiceTitan. The difference with BoardFill is what we build around it: the same engineers who wire the agent into your tenant also build the follow up sequences, the routing, and the lead capture that ServiceTitan does not do on its own. You keep the platform. We make more of it.
What we connect to
- Your ServiceTitan tenant through the ServiceTitan API, using credentials provisioned in your account, so access is visible and revocable by you.
- Your phone lines, either by taking over the after hours path first or answering the main line from day one, your call.
- Your website forms, Meta lead forms, and quote tools, so leads born outside ServiceTitan still end up inside it.
What the agent reads
- Customer records, so repeat callers are recognized instead of re-interviewed.
- Job and appointment history, so the agent knows what work you have done at the address before.
- Schedule availability, so it only offers windows your dispatcher would offer.
What the agent writes
- New customers and leads with the full call summary attached.
- Booked jobs and appointments, placed against real availability.
- Notes and call outcomes on existing records, so the office sees one thread, not a side channel.
Honest limits
We would rather tell you what does not work on the first call than have you find out after the invoice.
- We are an engineering firm that integrates through the ServiceTitan API. We are not claiming a marketplace listing or a certification, and if that badge matters more to you than the build, the certified vendors are the right call.
- Integration depth follows what the API exposes for your account tier and configuration. In discovery we map exactly which of your workflows the agent can touch, and we tell you before you commit.
- Complex dispatching rules that live in your dispatcher's head have to be written down before the agent can follow them. That is part of the build, and it takes real conversations with your team.
