Integration
We don't see your system on the list either
Maybe it is a scheduler a local developer built in 2011. Maybe it is an industry tool with no public API, or a spreadsheet that has quietly run the company for a decade. Every AI product you have looked at treats that as disqualifying. We treat it as the job description. HummingAgent started as custom engineers, and this page is the one our competitors cannot write.
What we connect to
- Whatever your system exposes: an API if it has one, a database if we can reach it responsibly, exports and file drops if that is what exists.
- Your phone lines and text numbers, which work the same no matter what software sits behind them.
- Your website forms, quote tools, and lead sources, unified into one pipeline even if the backend is three different tools.
What the agent reads
- Customer and job history, from wherever it actually lives.
- Whatever schedule structure you have, even if the schedule is a whiteboard we help you digitize on the way in.
- Open quotes and estimates, so follow up has something real to chase.
What the agent writes
- Bookings, leads, and notes into your system in the shape it expects.
- A clean activity log of everything the agent did, somewhere your office will actually see it.
- Where writing back truly is not possible, a parallel record we build for you, kept in sync as closely as your system allows.
Honest limits
We would rather tell you what does not work on the first call than have you find out after the invoice.
- We will not pretend every system is fully integrable. Some are read only, some are export only, and a few are truly sealed. Discovery exists to find out which one yours is, and we tell you the answer plainly before you spend money.
- Custom integration work is engineering time, and quotes reflect that. The trade is that you get a system built around your business instead of a subscription that assumes somebody else's.
- If your current setup genuinely cannot support what you want, we will say so, and tell you what the smallest workable change would be. Sometimes the honest answer is a partial build first.
